Our actions are concrete every day: management of our wastes with using compost in our gardens, elimination of small wastes such as slippers, straw, plastic cups and bottles, individually wrapped food, limitation of bathrobe use, the possibility of reducing your carbon impact by buying an Olive tree and help the relaunch of this forgotten culture in the area, local products used in our kitchens, etc. Le list grows longer every year!

But, also, we own the Green Key Label & European Ecolabel and we participate to the European neZEH project.

A story of passion

Hosting guests for three generations

Built at an altitude of 938m in 1973 by Hendrika and Maurice Schaeffer, the hotel still draws travellers looking to get away from it all. In 1986, their daughter Hélène took over with her future husband Jean-Michel Bogliorio, and the couple held their wedding at the hotel in 1987. They have kept the hotel alive and made it even better, with each winter seeing works, renovations and improvements to the spaces. In 2016, their eldest daughter Soizic joined them to carry on its story, with her brother Thibault following the next year.
